Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 29 or lower.
  • You have had knee pain from an injury for at least three months.
  • You do not have any birth defects of your leg.
  • You have not had recent injuries or surgeries.
  • You do not have severe foot deformities (like bunions or claw toes).
  • You do not have nerve or muscle disorders.
  • You have never had your kneecap dislocate or slip out of place.
