Who can take part
- Be in the right age group: adults 21+, or children/teens over 3 up to 25.
- Have a newly diagnosed brain tumor confirmed by biopsy (not a regrowth tumor).
- Tumor must meet specific tumor features: for adult glioblastoma, it must be MGMT low or unmethylated; not secondary glioblastoma.
- After surgery, the remaining tumor on MRI must be 3 cm or smaller (and scans must be done before and within a week after surgery).
- Be well enough to recover from surgery and complications, and be stable for at least 1 week if you have any neurologic deficits.
- Agree to take an anti-seizure medicine (like levetiracetam) during vaccinations and follow pregnancy-prevention rules if applicable.
