Study of IV Pivekimab Sunirine for Children with Relapsed AML

Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Who can take part

  • Your child's leukemia has come back after treatment or did not respond to at least two rounds of therapy.
  • A lab test must show your child's leukemia cells have a marker called CD123.
  • At least 5% of the bone marrow must contain leukemia cells at the time of screening.
  • Your child must be well enough to have a performance score of at least 50% (for children under 16) or an ECOG score of 2 or less.
  • Your child cannot have Down syndrome or certain other types of leukemia (APL or JMML).
  • Your child must not have had a stem cell transplant in the last 6 months or a history of liver problems from transplant.
