Who can take part

  • You are 12 years old or older and weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 lbs).
  • Your leukemia has a specific genetic change (NPM1 mutation, or KMT2A or NUP98 rearrangement).
  • You have already tried at least one treatment for your leukemia, and it didn't work or it came back.
  • You have not taken mezigdomide before.
  • Your blood counts, heart, liver, and kidney function are within a safe range for this study.
