Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old but under 80 years old.
  • You have severe high triglycerides and a high risk of pancreatitis.
  • You have not had acute pancreatitis in the last 4 weeks.
  • You do not have recent heart problems, like heart attack or stroke, in the last 3 months.
  • Your kidney and liver function must be within certain limits (checked by blood tests).
