Who can take part

  • You must have multiple myeloma that has returned or not responded to treatment.
  • Your past treatments must have included lenalidomide (taken for at least 2 cycles) and a proteasome inhibitor.
  • You cannot have used pomalidomide in the past or been unable to tolerate it.
  • You should be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your disease must be measurable, like having high M-protein in blood or urine, or abnormal free light chains.
