Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • You have been eating a vegan, vegetarian, or omnivorous diet for at least one full year
  • You do not have any known nerve or brain disorders
  • You do not have an eating disorder
  • You do not drink too much alcohol
  • You are not pregnant, have not had a recent infection, injury, or major weight change (more than 5 points on the BMI scale) in the last 12 weeks, and have not used acid-reducing medication like PPIs for a month or more
