  • You are a male college basketball player.
  • You are between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You had ACL reconstruction surgery at least 12 months ago.
  • Your doctor has cleared you for sports.
  • You do not have current knee pain, swelling, or instability.
  • You have not done a similar structured training program in the last 6 months.
