Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with spasticity (muscle tightness) in your arm after a first-time brain or spinal cord injury.
- You do not have memory, thinking, or confusion problems.
- Your vital signs (like blood pressure and heart rate) are normal.
- You are not taking any medication for spasticity by mouth (though other oral medications are okay if they don't affect spasticity).
- You do not have any skin damage, metal implants, or infections in the spastic arm.
- You are not pregnant, do not have severe obesity (BMI over 30), and have no history of heart disease, seizures, or terminal cancer.
