Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have high-risk upper tract urothelial cancer that can be surgically removed
- Your cancer is only on one side and has not spread beyond the lymph nodes in a way that cannot be removed
- You are in good enough health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function
- You have not had any prior anti-cancer treatment for this cancer
- You do not have other active cancers or serious health conditions that would interfere
