  • You are a woman between 22 and 55 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with prediabetes in the last year (based on blood sugar tests).
  • You are not regularly active (less than 3 planned exercise sessions per week).
  • You are not pregnant, not a smoker, and do not drink heavily.
  • You do not have diabetes, heart disease, or serious joint/muscle problems.
