Who can take part

  • You have carpal tunnel symptoms like pain or tingling in your thumb, index, or middle fingers
  • Your doctor confirmed carpal tunnel with nerve tests showing mild to moderate damage
  • You have not had carpal tunnel surgery before
  • You haven't had physical therapy or a wrist injection for this condition in the last 6 months
  • You do not have other conditions that could cause similar symptoms, like diabetes, thyroid problems, or a wrist fracture
  • You are not pregnant and do not have a pacemaker or cochlear implant
