Who can take part
- You have stage 3 colon or rectal cancer that has been completely removed by surgery.
- Your tumor is MSS (meaning it does not have a specific DNA repair defect) or pMMR.
- Your tumor has at least one high-risk feature, like a T4 tumor, four or more positive lymph nodes, or cancer DNA detected in your blood after surgery.
- You are healthy enough to receive standard chemotherapy containing oxaliplatin and the immunotherapy drug nivolumab.
- You have enough tumor tissue available to make a personalized vaccine.
