Personalized colon cancer vaccine trial for MSS stage 3 patients

This trial tests a custom-made vaccine designed from your tumor's genetic material. Who can take part

  • You have stage 3 colon or rectal cancer that has been completely removed by surgery.
  • Your tumor is MSS (meaning it does not have a specific DNA repair defect) or pMMR.
  • Your tumor has at least one high-risk feature, like a T4 tumor, four or more positive lymph nodes, or cancer DNA detected in your blood after surgery.
  • You are healthy enough to receive standard chemotherapy containing oxaliplatin and the immunotherapy drug nivolumab.
  • You have enough tumor tissue available to make a personalized vaccine.

Immunotherapy and chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer
