Who can take part

  • You are between 19 and 44 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with limited jaw movement (TMJ hypomobility) confirmed by a standard questionnaire.
  • You have jaw or face muscle pain that scores higher than 5 on a 0–10 pain scale.
  • Your pain is not caused by active infection, inflammation, or recent injury, and it has lasted at least 6 months.
  • You are not pregnant, do not have rheumatic or inflammatory conditions, and have not had TMJ treatment in the past 3 months.
