Who can take part
- You are between 20 and 50 years old
- You have been diagnosed with muscular TMJ disorder (jaw muscle pain)
- You have mild to moderate jaw pain on one side only
- Your jaw opens less than 40mm (about 1.5 inches) when you try to open wide
- You have not had any recent oral surgery or injury, or serious health conditions like thyroid problems or autoimmune diseases
