This study looks at rare and ultra-rare conditions that affect brain development. It aims to learn more about what causes these conditions. You may join if you or your child have a diagnosed or suspected neurogenetic disorder.

Who can take part
- You have a diagnosed or suspected neurogenetic (brain and genes) disorder.
- You are between 0 and 99 years old.
- You are willing and able to complete visits with the study team.
- If you are a parent or caregiver, you must be over 18 and legal caregiver, and have no history of a neurological disorder.
- If you choose a skin biopsy, you must not have conditions like poor wound healing, lidocaine allergy, or be on blood thinners.
