Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have advanced gastrointestinal cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and standard treatments have stopped working or are not an option.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and the largest single tumor is no bigger than 30mm (about an inch).
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 12 more weeks.
- Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver) are adequate.
- You have not received a therapeutic cancer vaccine or cell therapy before.
