  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of COPD from a doctor.
  • You have a history of smoking or exposure to biomass smoke (like from cooking fires).
  • You are already on a stable COPD treatment plan prescribed by your doctor.
  • You have had a certain number of COPD flare-ups and have a certain level of breathing difficulty.
  • You do not have asthma, other major lung disease, or a weakened immune system.
