  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (MASLD) with steatosis (fat in the liver) plus overweight, obesity, type 2 diabetes, or metabolic syndrome.
  • You are seen at one of the study hospitals in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, or Réunion Island.
  • You are covered by a social security plan and can give written consent.
  • You do not have other liver diseases (like hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, or genetic disorders).
  • You are not pregnant.
