- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
- You are covered by French social security.
- You have not drunk more than 21 (men) or 14 (women) units of alcohol per week in the last 6 months, and you have not had a history of heavy drinking in the past 5 years.
- You do not have type 1 diabetes, any other liver disease, or take certain medications that can cause fatty liver (like long-term steroids, amiodarone, methotrexate, tamoxifen, etc.).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you can speak French or have access to an interpreter.
