Who can take part

  • You have shoulder pain from AC joint degeneration, confirmed by a doctor with an exam and imaging (like X-ray or MRI).
  • Your shoulder pain has lasted at least 4 weeks.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You agree not to change medications, get injections, or start other physical therapy during the study.
  • You do not have a current or past AC joint separation, frozen shoulder, recent shoulder injury or fracture, or prior shoulder surgery.
  • You do not have inflammatory arthritis (like rheumatoid arthritis), a skin condition that prevents taping, or a nerve/muscle disorder affecting your shoulder.
