Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have shoulder pain that has lasted more than 6 weeks.
  • The pain is in the upper or outer part of your arm, especially when you lift it.
  • You have not had physical therapy or a steroid shot in your shoulder in the last 3 months.
  • You have not had shoulder surgery before.
  • You do not have other health problems like rheumatoid arthritis, bleeding disorders, or cancer.
