Who can take part
- Your breast cancer must be HR-positive and HER2-negative or low (based on your latest tumor biopsy).
- You must have taken a CDK4/6 inhibitor (like Ibrance, Kisqali, or Verzenio) and your cancer kept growing during or after that treatment.
- You must be postmenopausal (either naturally, or due to ovary removal or medication).
- You must have tried 1 or 2 hormone therapies for advanced breast cancer that no longer work for you.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be seen and measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
- You must be in relatively good health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
