Who can take part
- You are diagnosed with Cushing's disease or another type of pituitary tumor that needs surgery.
- You are willing to have the surgery through your nose (transsphenoidal resection).
- You are not allergic to contrast agents (microbubbles, perflutren, or polyethylene glycol).
- You are not pregnant (if applicable, a pregnancy test will be done).
