Who can take part
- You must be between 7 and 50 years old
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of Alagille syndrome
- You have had a liver transplant because of Alagille syndrome
- You are willing to stop taking pancreatic enzyme pills for 5 days before and during the 3-day stool collection
- You agree to eat a high-fat diet for at least 2 days before and during stool collection and keep a food diary
- You do not have other serious liver diseases, active cancer, or are pregnant/breastfeeding
