Who can take part

  • You can sign consent and complete study visits
  • You have knee pain for more than 3 months
  • Your knee arthritis is moderate (X-ray grade 2–3) and you can get needed X-ray images
  • Your pain score is at least 40/100 on a pain scale (VAS)
  • Your blood tests are normal, including platelets, CRP, and ESR
  • You are willing/able to stop certain medicines around the blood draw and injection timing
