Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is ER+ (estrogen receptor positive) and HER2- (HER2 negative).
- You must have had at least one prior treatment with a CDK4/6 inhibitor and at least one prior hormone therapy, and the cancer must have continued to grow after those treatments.
- You must have a tumor that can be biopsied (sampled) safely, and it must not be in bone or have been previously treated with radiation.
- You must be in good general health, with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 (able to carry out all normal activities without help).
- You must agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
