Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can take oral medications.
- You have been diagnosed with hormone-receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread or come back.
- You have had at least one prior hormone therapy, such as an aromatase inhibitor or tamoxifen.
- You have at least one measurable tumor or bone lesion that can be seen on imaging.
- You have good overall health and your blood counts and organ function are adequate.

- You do not have uncontrolled diabetes, active infections, or significant heart or lung issues.
