NTQ1062 plus fulvestrant for advanced HR+/HER2- breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Your breast cancer must be HR-positive and HER2-negative and has spread or come back after prior treatment.
  • You have had at least one prior hormone therapy (like an aromatase inhibitor or tamoxifen).
  • You have a tumor that can be measured on a scan or a bone lesion that can be seen on imaging.
  • You are in good enough health to be up and around (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must not have used fulvestrant or certain other drugs before (like PI3K/mTOR/Akt inhibitors).
