Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that came back or didn't respond after at least one round of chemo.
- Your leukemia cells have the CLL1 target (a protein) confirmed through a bone marrow test.
- You have recovered from side effects of earlier treatments (grade less than 2) unless the doctor says it's stable.
- You are generally active enough to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2) and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, heart, lungs).
