CAR-T cell therapy plus stem cell transplant for relapsed AML

Who can take part

  • Your leukemia must have come back or not responded to standard treatments.
  • Your leukemia cells must have at least 80% of a marker called CD123 or CLL-1 (a special protein on the cancer cells).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver are working well enough.
  • You can do your daily activities without help (Karnofsky score of 80 or higher).
