HuCART19-IL18 for relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma

Relapsed or Refractory Follicular Lymphoma

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of CAR T-cell therapy (huCART19-IL18) for people with follicular lymphoma that has not responded to or returned after at least two prior treatments. It aims to see if adding IL-18 makes the therapy more effective.
