Who can take part
- You volunteer to take part in the study.
- Your shoulder blades stick out when you rest your arms at your sides (a distance of 2 cm or more from your ribcage).
- You do not have long thoracic nerve palsy (a specific nerve condition).
- You have not had shoulder surgery in the last 12 months or an acute shoulder injury (like a torn rotator cuff, dislocation, or labrum problem).
- You do not have inflammation, fractures, tumors, or bone deformities around your shoulder blade.
- You have not had regular shoulder blade or shoulder rehab therapy in the last 6 months.
