Who can take part

  • Child must be between 9 and 12 years old.
  • They should play overhead sports (like tennis, swimming, or baseball) for at least 1 hour, 3 times a week.
  • A doctor or therapist has checked that the shoulder blade moves abnormally (scapular dyskinesis).
  • They should have mild shoulder pain or trouble using their arm (based on special tests).
  • Child must not have scoliosis, a dislocated shoulder, fractures, nerve problems, or other major shoulder conditions.
