Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 40 years old
- You have scapular dyskinesia (abnormal shoulder blade movement) but no pain or symptoms
- Your shoulder blade positioning shows specific patterns (Type 2 or 3) confirmed by physical tests
- You have no current or recent neck, shoulder, or upper arm injuries, pain, or discomfort
- You are not currently in formal athletic training or competitive fitness programs
