Who can take part

  • You must have metastatic prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy.
  • Your PSA must be at least 1 ng/mL and rising within the last 6 months.
  • You must have tried at least one other advanced treatment like abiraterone or enzalutamide.
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor sample for testing.
  • You must not have had a prior CAR-T therapy or a treatment targeting STEAP2.
  • You must not have active infections, other cancers, or serious heart conditions.
