- You have confirmed prostate cancer by a tissue (biopsy) test.
- Your tumor must show PSMA (a cancer marker) on lab testing.
- You can sign consent and your day-to-day function is fairly preserved (ECOG 0–2).
- Your oxygen level is above 90% when breathing normally.
- Your blood/organ function tests are within study limits (liver, kidneys, and blood counts).
- Your heart pumping function is strong (left heart ejection fraction 50% or higher).
