Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and male.
- Your prostate cancer has spread to other parts of the body and is still growing even though your testosterone is very low (castration-resistant).
- Your cancer cells have a protein called PSMA on their surface (a PSMA-positive scan).
- You have not had other types of immune cell therapy before, like CAR-T or NK cell treatments.
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and clotting function are within a certain range, and you don't have serious infections or autoimmune diseases.
