Who can take part
- Your child is between 3 and 6 years old (more than 3 but less than 7).
- Your child has had hepatitis B for a long time (chronic infection).
- A blood test shows the virus is active (HBeAg positive and high viral load).
- Your child has elevated liver enzymes (ALT > 40), indicating inflammation.
- Your child has not received any previous treatment for hepatitis B.
