Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old and have a high-grade glioma (a type of aggressive brain tumor).
  • You can still take care of most daily activities (Karnofsky score of 70 or higher).
  • If you are newly diagnosed, you haven't had any other treatments for your brain tumor yet, and you're a candidate for standard chemoradiation therapy followed by temozolomide.
  • If your tumor has come back, you've only had one recurrence after previous treatment with surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy.
  • You are able to take pills by mouth, agree to use effective birth control (if applicable), and avoid live vaccines during the study.
