  • You are 3 to 39 years old with a malignant brain tumor that has come back after previous treatment.
  • You are eligible for surgery to remove the tumor again.
  • You weigh at least 22 pounds (10 kilograms).
  • You are in generally good health without active infections or serious immune system problems.
  • You are willing to use birth control if you or your partner can become pregnant (during and for 30 days after treatment).
