Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a high-grade glioma (glioblastoma or anaplastic astrocytoma) that has returned after earlier treatment (first or second time).
  • You must have a specific genetic marker (DGM7) in your blood, found by a blood test.
  • You have a tumor that can be seen on MRI (at least 1 centimeter in two directions).
  • Your kidney function, liver function, and blood counts meet lab thresholds (for example, platelet count at least 80,000).
  • You are physically active enough to have a Karnofsky performance score of 70 or higher (able to care for yourself, but may not be able to do normal activities).
