Who can take part
- You have knee osteoarthritis and rate your knee pain as at least 4 on a 0-to-10 scale.
- You must be willing to stop all other pain treatments for osteoarthritis (except acetaminophen) during the study.
- You have not had major knee or hip surgery or trauma in the past year, and you don't have other joint diseases affecting the same knee.
- You are not planning surgery during the study and can still walk or move around (not completely immobile).
- You agree to use highly effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant, from now until 1 month after the last dose.
