Lirafugratinib for solid tumors with FGFR2 fusion

Who can take part

  • Your cancer is advanced and cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your tumor has an FGFR2 gene fusion or rearrangement (detected by a blood or tumor test).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (RECIST criteria).
  • You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have already tried at least one other cancer treatment (like chemo or immunotherapy) more than 30 days ago.
  • You have not taken any FGFR inhibitor drug before.
