Who can take part

  • You must have a solid tumor (not blood cancer) that has spread or come back and cannot be surgically removed
  • Your tumor must have a specific change (mutation or fusion) in the FGFR1, FGFR2, or FGFR3 gene
  • You should be 18 or older and have a performance status that allows you to be up and about (ECOG 0-2)
  • You must have no other standard treatment options, and you must not have taken a similar targeted drug before (like pemigatinib)
  • You need to have had two scans (CT or MRI) at least 4 weeks apart showing the tumor is growing slowly but measurably (at least 0.1 mm per day)
