Who can take part
- You have advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB/IIIC or IV) that cannot be treated with surgery or certain chemoradiation.
- You have not received any prior treatment for advanced or metastatic lung cancer.
- You have a tumor sample available to test for a protein called PD-L1.
- Your cancer does not have certain gene changes (like EGFR or ALK) that can be targeted with other medicines.
