Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 25 years old.
  • Your BMI is between 18.5 and 23.9 (healthy weight).
  • You do not have any heart, lung, or metabolic disease, or a family history of sudden cardiac death.
  • You have not had a limb injury in the last 6 months, and you don't smoke or drink alcohol heavily.
  • You are not taking medications that affect heart or nerve function, and you don't have conditions like anxiety, depression, or irregular periods.
  • You are able to understand and sign a consent form.
