Pain and sleep behavior disorder study

REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (iRBD)Narcolepsy Type 1

Who can take part

  • You are diagnosed with idiopathic REM sleep behavior disorder (iRBD) confirmed by a sleep test (polysomnography).
  • You do not have Parkinson's disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, or multiple system atrophy.
  • You are able to understand and complete the study procedures and questionnaires.
  • If you are in the control group, you have narcolepsy type 1 and also have REM sleep behavior disorder confirmed by a sleep test.
  • You do not have severe depression.
