Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You had a stroke that happened on only one side of your brain and has been at least 6 months since then.
  • You live at home (not in a hospital or rehab facility).
  • You are able to wear watches on both wrists for 3 days in a row.
  • You have trouble using both hands together (like buttoning or opening a jar).
  • You must not have very severe arm weakness (no movement at all) or other nerve or joint problems affecting your arms.
