Who can take part

  • You are an adult who has had a stroke.
  • You do not have any other brain or nerve disorder (like Parkinson's).
  • You can lie on your stomach for about 1.5 hours.
  • If walking is part of the study, you can walk without shoes (using a cane is okay).
  • You have not had surgery on your affected leg (like ankle fusion).
  • You are able to understand and follow study instructions.
