Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have metastatic breast cancer that is HER2-low or HER2-ultralow (a specific protein level on your cancer cells).
- You have had at least one prior treatment for your cancer, and for HR-positive cancer, you must have had hormone therapy.
- You are willing to provide tumor tissue samples (biopsies) before and during treatment.
- You have adequate organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, bone marrow) and have recovered from side effects of prior treatments.
