Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a type of breast cancer that is either HER2-low (IHC 1+) or HR-positive/HER2-ultralow, or triple-negative breast cancer that is also HER2 IHC 1+.
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and cannot be removed with surgery.
- You have not been treated with sacituzumab govitecan (Trodelvy) or trastuzumab deruxtecan (Enhertu) before.
- You are willing to provide tumor tissue samples (from a biopsy or stored tissue) for research.
- Your heart, kidney, liver, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges as determined by medical tests.
